Topping-out ceremony for the G One project in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne

On March 6, 2026, the G One project in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne celebrated its topping-out ceremony – a key milestone marking the smooth progress of the construction works.

Developed on behalf of Vaudoise Vie Compagnie d’assurance SA, the mixed-use building will include 18 apartments, seven commercial spaces and an underground parking facility.

Designed by IPAS architectes SA and realized by HRS Real Estate SA as total contractor, the project follows an ambitious sustainability approach aiming for Minergie-P certification. The use of recycled concrete by Marti Construction SA also contributes to reducing the carbon footprint and promoting responsible resource management.

The event brought together the client, the project teams and all involved partners, providing an opportunity to acknowledge the work accomplished and to look ahead to the next phases of construction.
