Topping out Paul-/Gertrudstrasse

On Friday, the topping-out ceremony for the Gertrud & Paul project took place in the presence of the building owner AXA Leben AG. The project, located directly next to Winterthur's main railway station, involves a comprehensive refurbishment and conversion. The use will include commercial and office space as well as a new 65 rental flats. In addition to the adaptation of the façade envelope, the entire building services will also be replaced.
