Building application for the FLAWA site

The building application for the FLAWA site in Flawil was submitted in mid-June. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025.

Until recently, the 7,000 m² FLAWA site was used as an industrial area. Now a residential quarter with an industrial heritage is to be built on it. The project by Pfister Klingenfuss Architekten envisages a diversified mix of apartments, ranging from lofts and terraced single-family houses in pure timber construction to owner-occupied and rental apartments, as well as family apartments. Commercial premises in the Wilerstrasse area are also planned. Attractive recreational areas for all residents will be created in the surrounding area. It is diverse and has a high design quality and biodiversity.

HRS is the site developer, has carried out the quality assurance process in the form of a single-stage study contract and will also be responsible for implementation.
