SCOPE OF DATA PROTECTION
The data protection regulations define the handling of data by HRS with regard to its collection, use and association.
HRS bases its data handling on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DATA HANDLING
HRS expressly guarantees to comply with Swiss data protection regulations and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. HRS undertakes to provide state-of-the-art security for systems, programs, etc. which it owns and controls. HRS takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the website and associated systems against data loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination by unauthorised persons.
Users acknowledge and accept that HRS stores data arising from the use of the websites and evaluates, processes and passes it on to third parties in Switzerland and abroad for statistical, analytical, advertising and marketing purposes.

RIGHT OF INFORMATION AND CORRECTION
Data that you send to HRS via the forms on the website is encrypted and cannot be viewed by third parties. A normal e-mail which you send to HRS (e.g. to: frauenfeld@hrs.ch) via Outlook is not encrypted and may be read by third parties under certain circumstances.
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of articles 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
When you access our website, the access data is stored in a log file. This applies to the following access data:

Furthermore, HRS does not seek to use the information and personal data obtained on the basis of Google Analytics for personal identification purposes, except to defend against attacks that constitute criminal offences, attacks that seek to prevent or impair the functionality of our website, enquiries from law-enforcement authorities as well as for marketing purposes and to improve the services offered by HRS.
NEWSLETTER
Newsletters are sent to our customers. Interested parties and non-customers can only receive the HRS Newsletter by explicit request. By subscribing to the newsletter, the user consents only to the use of his e-mail address and the stated interests for sending the newsletter. The use and sending of our marketing e-mails (newsletters, invitations, special offers, e-mail surveys) involves the use of the Selligent e-mail marketing solution. The personal data collected during registration for the newsletter is stored on Selligent computers. Selligent is subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Each of our newsletters offers a possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Your e-mail address is used only to send you our information. We do not give your address to third parties.
Any clicking on hyperlinks in e-mails and on webpages is recorded.
SELLIGENT MARKETING CLOUD
This website uses features of the Selligent Marketing Cloud, which is operated by Selligent SA. Selligent SA is a European company based in Belgium. Selligent Marketing Cloud is used to send marketing e-mail campaigns. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list whenever you receive an e-mail. Selligent Marketing Cloud also uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Selligent SA server in Belgium, where is it stored. As described above, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website and the processing of this data by deactivating the setting of cookies or deleting the set cookies in the browser.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This user agreement for the www.hrs.ch website is governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and Swiss private international law. The jurisdiction is Frauenfeld subject to any mandatory legal jurisdictions.
