Süd See Zug

At the heart of the design is a spacious square facing the lake, the "Stadthof". Delicately designed buildings are grouped around this public space, including the listed south wing of the former cantonal hospital, which will be converted into a hotel. Together with other facilities such as a bistro, retail space and an event hall, the aim is to create a lively meeting place for the Zugersee district. In addition to a spa, the project development also provides space for residential accommodation. Based on the existing development plan, residential space will be available at market conditions, as well as affordable apartments and accommodation for the elderly. The "Stadthof" and the houses are surrounded by an organically designed park landscape.
