Innovation Park Zurich: completion of the architectural competition and first new buildings

At the Zurich Innovation Park on the airfield site in Dübendorf, the first construction work on the apron in the north of the site will begin in 2024. Following the renovation of the hangars in the peripheral zone, several new buildings will be erected as part of the approved design plan and the framework and building rights agreements that have been concluded. Seven projects were selected in a global architectural competition. They give a first impression of the future spatial and structural dimensions of the park.
