International Women's Rights Day

Every year on 8 March we celebrate International Women's Rights Day. Equality between men and women has been at the heart of the debate for a long time and although equality is guaranteed by law mentalities and attitudes cannot be changed by legislation. Companies must commit themselves and do their utmost to participate in changing mentalities.

Historically, the construction and real estate industry has been a male-dominated field where women were rare.
