The second phase of the Les Cèdres development is built around public green spaces and comprises 3 buildings, two of which each have 28 flats for owner-occupation and one with 36 flats for the elderly and/or people with reduced mobility, as well as shops. An underground car park with over 100 spaces completes the 3-level development.
