To celebrate the progress of the renovation project, HRS invited its craftsmen to celebrate the topping-out ceremony.
Formerly used for commercial purposes, the 10-storey building is currently being converted into residential units.
By early 2025, 121 brand-new 3- to 5-room apartments will be ready to welcome their new tenants.
The construction of an annex building, connected to the main building via the underground parking lot, is planned in the second phase. This addition will provide a further 60 homes by 2027.
