A new chapter for Normandie 14

Today's groundbreaking ceremony for the extension of the Normandie 14 renovation project in Geneva officially marked the launch of this second phase.
Currently completing the complete renovation of the existing building, which has been transformed into 121 modern 3- to 5-room apartments, HRS is now preparing to build an annex that will add a further 60 apartments to the residential complex.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the project owner, Axa Assurances AG, represented by Axa Investment Managers Suisse AG, for its cooperation and the excellent relations established throughout this project, as well as to the on-site team for its expertise in the redevelopment of built heritage.
