Topping-out ceremony at the Aere housing estate

Yesterday, Thursday, the topping-out ceremony took place at the new Aere housing estate on the former Stöcklin factory and industrial site between Aesch and Reinach BL. The clients and future users thanked the craftsmen involved for their work. The handover of the first buildings, the three residential towers, is planned for September to November 2024.
HRS is responsible for the entire site as project developer and total contractor and is realizing the two twelve-storey “Max Towers” as investor
