Bouquet for the construction site at the Concorde Espace Culture cultural center in Vernier

On October 28, 2025, a significant moment marked the progress of the Concorde Espace Culture cultural center in Vernier: the topping-out ceremony. This symbolic milestone celebrates the completion of the main structure of this major project, led by the Foundation for the Development of Arts and Culture (FODAC).

Designed by CCJVV Office Architects S.L.P, the project stands out for its functional richness and cultural ambition. Divided into several volumes, it includes a multifunctional performance hall, dance and music rooms, a library, a hotel, a restaurant, and a residential building with 133 apartments for student rental.

As a total contractor, HRS is proud to be leading the construction of this iconic project, which combines culture, housing, and sustainability. The Concorde Espace Culture cultural center is aiming for the highest environmental certifications, including Minergie-P and THPE MoPEC, thus affirming its commitment to responsible and forward-looking construction.
