Bouquet of construction materials for the «Tilia Grand Casino» project in Prilly

On September 18, 2025, we celebrated a key milestone in the Tilia Grand Casino project in Prilly with the traditional topping-out ceremony. This symbolic moment marks the completion of the structural work and pays tribute to the remarkable work of all the teams involved.

Led by the client Grand Casino Prilly SA and designed by Burckhardt Architektur AG, this ambitious project involves the partial demolition of an existing building to make way for a new five-story building that will house a modern and sustainable casino.

HRS Real Estate SA is pleased to be managing this large-scale project, which meets the most demanding sustainability standards and is aiming for Minergie-P-Eco certification.
