The groundbreaking ceremony for the Cour de Gare project in Sion took place today in the presence of representatives of the owner, Credit Suisse Fondation de Placement, and the project owner, Cour de Gare - Sion SA, as well as the municipal authorities and the various stakeholders in the project.
As a total company, HRS is looking forward to building this new district, which will become the heart of Sion as an extension of the existing centre and the old town. Located next to the railway station, it will consist of six buildings with 302 flats, office space, shops, a hotel, a conference and concert hall (for the City of Sion) and a car park with 625 spaces. The first occupants are expected in autumn 2024.
