Crescendo 2025: An exceptional evening on the Tilia Tower project in Prilly

On September 24, 2025, the Tilia Tower construction site in Prilly hosted the event «Crescendo 2025», bringing together investors, project owners, architects, and partners.

The evening was marked by several speeches:

• HRS’s commitment to the realization of the Tilia Tower, a symbol of innovation and sustainability in the heart of Western Lausanne (Mr. César Vuadens and Mr. André Sassone, HRS Real Estate SA)

• The history of the project and the challenges overcome since its inception (Mr. Garcia, Insula SA – Project Owner)

A special highlight was the inspiring contribution of Ms. Géraldine Fasnacht, extreme athlete and wingsuit pioneer, who spoke about risk management, pushing personal limits, and project leadership – values strongly embraced by HRS.

The event concluded with a visit to the 26th floor of the tower, offering breathtaking views over the region, followed by a convivial cocktail dinner.
