Building A of PB31-RUBIX has been officially opened!

On 1 September 2026, HRS Real Estate celebrated the opening of Building A of PB31-RUBIX, in the heart of the Meyrin-Satigny industrial estate (ZIMEYSA). This marks a major milestone for this industrial and technological project, developed for REIS – Real Estate Investment Strategies and designed by De Giuli & Portier Architectes SA to support production, logistics and service activities.

With its logistics hall equipped with 10 loading bays, a total built-up area of 47,000 m² and 32,000 m² of above-ground floor space, PB31-RUBIX offers businesses an environment that is functional, flexible and forward-looking. The project is also part of a sustainable approach thanks to its compliance with the Minergie standard.

Construction of the PB31-RUBIX complex is set to continue until the end of 2026.

This inauguration provides an opportunity to extend our warmest thanks to the client, the architects, the partner companies and all the teams working on the site. Their commitment has been instrumental in the success of this project.
