Inauguration of Cour de Gare
On 22 May 2025, HRS Real Estate SA celebrated the official inauguration of the Cour de Gare district in Sion in the presence of representatives of the client, local authorities and project partners.
The major project planned and realised by HRS marks a significant transformation of the city centre. This new, structured neighbourhood with a direct link to Sion railway station comprises six buildings with 302 flats, 5,700 m² of retail space on the ground floor and over 10,000 m² of office space, a 3-star superior hotel with 122 rooms and a concert and congress hall for the city of Sion. The ensemble is complemented by an underground car park with 625 parking spaces.
HRS was commissioned as total contractor and ensured the complete realisation of this complex project, which combines programmatic diversity, technical requirements and urban integration. The project is Minergie®-certified and has been awarded the ‘Silver Level’ Greenproperty label, which underlines the project's commitment to sustainability.
