Acceptance of the First Construction Phase for «Concorde Espace Culture» in Vernier

A milestone for Estavayer-le-Lac: On August 12, 2026, the new bus terminal and the Estavia complex were officially inaugurated!

Just a short walk from the train station, this new complex—built by HRS Real Estate SA as general contractor on behalf of TPF Immobilier SA and TPF Trafic SA—brings to life a space designed to connect people, services, and transportation options.

The new bus station makes it easier to transfer between trains and buses. Estavia also houses 40 apartments spread across three wood-frame buildings, an underground parking garage with 105 parking spaces, as well as commercial and administrative spaces.

The project, designed by Nicolas de Courten Architectes Sàrl, aims to meet the Minergie-P and SNBS – Gold Standard certifications and is part of a 2,000-watt concept.

We are proud to have contributed to this project, which promotes the development of Estavayer-le-Lac and has already welcomed some of its new users and residents.
