G-One: Groundbreaking Marks Start of Mixed-Use Project

On May 16, 2025, HRS celebrated the groundbreaking of a new mixed-use building in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne.
Delivered as a total contractor project, the future G-One building will feature 18 residential units, 7 commercial spaces, and an underground parking garage. Designed to offer a high-quality, functional, and sustainable living and working environment, the structure will stand out with its prefabricated concrete façade and will be built to Minergie-P standards.

Conveniently located near the Blécherette motorway exit, G-One will benefit from direct access to TL bus line no. 18. The customizable spaces, currently being marketed by the Duboux property agency, are ideal for medical practices, a fitness center, a daycare, or a restaurant.

HRS thanks the client Vaudoise Assurances for their trust, and extends its appreciation to all partners and teams involved in this symbolic project launch.
