Foundation stone laid for the landmark “Chez Fritz” construction project

The Chez Fritz high-rise building in Buchs reached an important milestone today, Thursday, with the laying of the foundation stone. HRS is realising the project together with the St.Gallen Pension Fund (sgpk).

“A project of this scale does not come into being overnight,” said Michael Breitenmoser, Member of the Executive Board and Head of Real Estate Development East at HRS. “It requires perseverance, conviction, and partners who believe in a shared vision.” HRS has developed the project over several years and is responsible for its realisation.
