Groundbreaking Ceremony – MIPSA G Project in Lancy

On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, HRS Real Estate SA and Ports Francs et Entrepôts de Genève SA reached an important milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for the MIPSA G project at the Lancy site.

The ceremony took place in the presence of the project partners, the teams involved and institutional representatives.

As project owner, Ports Francs et Entrepôts de Genève SA entrusted HRS Real Estate SA with the realization of the project as general contractor. The project includes the construction of a premium, highly secure building dedicated to the storage of artworks and exceptional valuables.

This close collaboration reflects a shared commitment to successfully delivering an ambitious project that meets the highest standards in terms of performance, reliability and quality of execution.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the MIPSA G project officially marks the start of construction of the building. The teams are fully mobilized to successfully complete the project through to delivery.
