On Friday 13 May 2022, we proudly celebrated the topping out of our new building in Lugano. The project comprises the construction of two towers with a total of 153 rental flats and a retail area, which will be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2023. In the presence of the building owner, Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG, the municipal administration and all planners and craftsmen, the traditional lunch was held on site to thank all those involved in the construction and especially the construction workers for the great work they have done.
