After several years of development, Mobimo Management SA and HRS have finalized and signed the contract for the renovation of two historic buildings connected by a glass roof in the Flon district of Lausanne.
The project, which has been in gestation since 2013, has been the subject of several variants due to potential users. It will finally see the light of day in the form of commercial and administrative areas with a jazz cellar, music studios, a restaurant, a wine cellar and a Spa.
The work, which will take place in an urban environment, in one of Lausanne's favorite nightlife areas, will begin on September 15 and will be completed in February 2023.
