Today, HRS Real Estate officially handed over the keys of the Léman 24 building to the project owner, Swiss Prime Fondation de Placement. This new building, named "La Bastida", includes 2.5 to 4.5-bedroom rental flats, sheltered flats and an EMS, which will open its doors on 28 June 2021, as well as commercial space and services. A big thank you to the entire project team, who have done a great job of adapting to the various challenges during the construction phase.
