On the foundations of an old cement factory in Brunnen Nord, flexible working and living worlds with an urban character are being created, in which origin and roots remain consciously visible, tangible and tangible.
The project website is now online. In addition to visualizations and a contact offer for prospective tenants, it also contains information on architecture, history and politics.
Construction is scheduled to start in spring 2021. In the first stage, the construction site closest to the village and lake will be built over under the title "Nova Port". Four buildings with around 100 apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) will be constructed there. They should be ready for occupation by the first residents of Nova Brunnen in early summer 2023.
