Today, the 261st flat in the Quartier des Halles in Morges was handed over.
For HRS, this closes the chapter of the construction of this large-scale project.
Thanks to its
- 5,670 m² of commercial space,
- 4,100 m² of offices,
- 14 classrooms,
- 3 multi-purpose rooms,
- 1 crèche with 40 places,
- 3 parking levels with a total of 726 car parking spaces, 60 motorbike parking spaces and a bicycle station with over 540 parking spaces,
this complex of 3 buildings forms a new modern and multifunctional neighbourhood, bringing new life to this strategic location south of the station.
