Milestone achieved: Topping-out ceremony in Estavayer-le-Lac

On October 7, 2025, HRS Real Estate Ltd celebrated a key milestone in the Gare-Casino project in Estavayer-le-Lac. The development is led by TPF Immobilier SA and TPF Trafic SA, with HRS acting as the total contractor.

Designed by Nicolas de Courten Architectes Sàrl, this ambitious project is part of a carefully planned densification strategy in the heart of the town. It includes:

• A two-storey base building housing retail and office spaces

• Three timber-frame residential buildings with a total of 40 apartments, offering unobstructed views from the upper floors

• An underground level with a 105-space car park

• A bus station with a 36-metre-long canopy

The project targets Minergie-P and SNBS (Gold target) standards and aligns with the 2000-watt society goals, reflecting HRS’s strong commitment to sustainability and energy performance.

Located in direct connection with the train station, the building enhances the area’s multimodal connectivity and meets the growing demand for housing and infrastructure in the region.
