Key Handover of Wendt 9

HRS has handed over the keys to the Wendt 9 building in Geneva, a fully renovated rental property that was transformed with the addition of two new floors. The building now comprises 38 residential units and two commercial arcades.

Executed as a general contractor project, this renovation breathed new life into an existing structure while meeting today’s standards for comfort and sustainability. Driven by the dedication of the teams and a strong collaboration with the client, the construction was carried out with care and precision.
