Handing over the keys to the Horizon neighbourhood

On 21 May 2025, HRS Real Estate AG handed over the keys to lots B, D and E of Quartier Horizons, a large residential development in Chavannes-près-Renens in the canton of Vaud.

The project, realised as a total contractor, comprises four buildings with a total of 511 rental flats, shops, commercial space, a crèche and semi-public areas. The ensemble is complemented by an underground car park on two levels and an outdoor park.

As the construction site is located in a densely populated area, it had to be closely coordinated with the other building lots in the neighbourhood. The building has been awarded the Minergie® label and is heated with geothermal energy, even though there is a water table on the site.
