Val-de-Ruz: The Vue des Alpes Project Featured on RTS

On July 18, 2025, the renovation project of the Hôtel de la Vue-des-Alpes was spotlighted in the Couleurs Locales program on RTS. The feature offered the public an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the ongoing transformation of this iconic building in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Led by HRS Real Estate Ltd. on behalf of the Municipality of Val-de-Ruz, the project combines heritage preservation with contemporary ambitions.

Situated at over 1,200 metres above sea level, the site is being redeveloped to include a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, 20 high-end hotel rooms, a tourist hub, seminar rooms, and more. The challenges are many – and exciting – ranging from complex technical requirements and full regulatory compliance to preserving the architectural identity of the site.
