The Zentrum Bassersdorf project has created a modern town center that combines residential, retail, and service spaces in a central location. The development includes retail space for Migros and Coop, 71 modern rental apartments, and a spacious underground parking garage with 250 parking spaces. By combining different uses, a vibrant gathering place has been created that sustainably strengthens the center of Bassersdorf and enhances the location’s appeal.

The project combines contemporary living with efficient local amenities and minimizes travel distances for residents. The modern architecture, clear urban structure, and careful design of the public spaces contribute to a high quality of life. The integrated residential units complement the retail and service offerings and promote vibrant use of the area throughout the day.

Particular attention was paid to functionality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Developed in accordance with Minergie principles, the development meets high standards for energy efficiency and future-oriented construction. At the same time, the spacious underground parking garage ensures optimal accessibility and relieves pressure on the above-ground areas, creating attractive open spaces.

HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and was responsible for its successful implementation from planning through to completion. Through close collaboration with the client and rigorous management of costs, quality, and schedules, a versatile center was created that offers long-term value for residents, businesses, and the municipality of Bassersdorf.
