Bederstrasse 66 Google

The Bederstrasse 66 project in Zurich created a modern and highly functional office space for Google that meets the needs of a leading international technology company. As part of the renovation and tenant fit-out, existing office spaces and a restaurant were extensively modernized and transformed into a contemporary work environment. The project combines innovative workplace concepts with high standards of functionality, comfort, and sustainability.

The project was carried out in an existing building under challenging conditions. During construction, the lower and upper floors continued to be occupied by third-party tenants, requiring precise planning and coordination of all work. Particular challenges included the high requirements for sound and safety standards, as well as the complex logistics involved in minimizing noise and dust emissions. Through carefully coordinated construction processes, the work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to existing tenants.

HRS Renovation AG served as the general contractor for the project and ensured compliance with the defined cost, quality, and schedule targets. The high quality of execution is also reflected in the LEED IEQ C3 certification, which confirms the high standards for indoor environmental quality. With the successful completion of the new office and common areas, a modern workplace has been created that combines innovation, efficiency, and user comfort at the highest level.
