Biopôle SB-A / Serine

The Biopôle SB-A project in Epalinges is creating a modern building with over 10,000 m² of floor space for companies and institutions in the fields of research, life sciences, and innovation. The space is divided equally between highly specialized laboratories and flexible office space.

The combination of laboratory and office space minimizes travel distances, fosters professional exchange, and provides optimal conditions for interdisciplinary collaboration. The modern building structure allows for efficient use of space and supports diverse work and research processes. At the same time, the project creates an attractive environment for innovative companies and strengthens the Biopôle site as a major center for research and development.

Thanks to its proximity to the metro, the building also has excellent public transportation connections. HRS handled the planning and execution of the project and ensured compliance with budget, quality, and schedule requirements. The Minergie-certified building represents a functional, sustainable, and future-oriented infrastructure within the Biopôle site.
