Biopôle SB-C

The Biopôle SB-C project in Epalinges is creating a highly specialized building dedicated to precision medicine and oncological immunology. The new facility provides optimal conditions for medical research, the operation of state-of-the-art laboratory and research platforms, and patient care.

The reception area is specifically designed to accommodate patients. The four lower floors house administrative areas, laboratories, research platforms, and spaces for technical and logistical operations. The building is complemented by a fire protection system and an underground parking garage with 107 parking spaces.

HRS is responsible for the planning and execution of the project and ensures compliance with budget, quality, and schedule requirements. The Biopôle SB-C combines functional work environments, sophisticated technical requirements, and a future-oriented infrastructure for medicine and research.
