Boys' Jewish School

The Jewish Boys’ School project in Zurich has created a modern educational facility that combines learning, community, and living within a well-thought-out overall concept. The new building was specifically designed to meet the needs of a contemporary school infrastructure and creates optimal conditions for a vibrant school life. The project is complemented by eight condominiums, which sensibly expand the usage concept and contribute to the long-term appeal of the location.

The architecture is characterized by a clear design language, high-quality materials, and a functional spatial organization. Bright, flexibly usable spaces create a pleasant environment for students and teachers and support contemporary forms of teaching and learning. At the same time, the new building blends harmoniously into the existing neighborhood and makes an important contribution to the urban development of the site.

HRS Real Estate AG carried out the project as the general contractor and was responsible for its successful execution from construction through to completion. Thanks to close collaboration with the client and rigorous management of costs, quality, and schedules, this challenging project was completed on time and to a high standard of workmanship. The Jewish Boys’ School has created a forward-looking educational and residential hub that meets the needs of a modern school while generating lasting value for its users and the neighborhood.
