Kreuzlingen

Burgstrasse renovation

With the comprehensive modernization and revitalization of the residential property at «Burgstrasse» in Kreuzlingen, Canton of Thurgau, HRS Real Estate AG delivered a premier renovation project in existing building stock acting as general contractor. The multi-family residential building comprises a total of 30 attractive apartments. The multi-faceted scope required an all-encompassing interior, exterior, and flat roof renovation to elevate the building structure to current energy efficiency and architectural standards while ensuring long-term asset value preservation.

As part of the exterior renovation, the building envelope was thermally optimized and fitted with a modern, rear-ventilated facade cladding that gives the multi-family residence a fresh, contemporary appearance. The flat roof structure was completely refurbished, newly insulated, and fitted with high-grade waterproofing systems. Internally, individual apartments, sanitary systems, and kitchens were modernized, noticeably increasing living comfort and quality for residents. Throughout planning and construction execution, primary focus was placed on boosting energy efficiency, reducing operational costs, and securing long-term building durability. Thanks to precise project management, reliable site logistics, and uncompromising execution quality, HRS handed over this revitalized residential development on schedule and strictly within budget.
