Ceres Tower
Pratteln
A landmark for the development of Pratteln
The industrial area of Pratteln, a suburb of Basel, has become an urban place to live and work in recent years. The Ceres Tower is an unmistakable indication of this development. The building is ideally located - close to Pratteln railway station, the A2 motorway (Basel/Gotthard) and the A3 to Zurich. Everyday necessities can be quickly and easily reached in just a few steps: the historic village centre of Pratteln, shopping centres, specialist markets, restaurants as well as aquatic and wellness facilities. A local recreation area is also nearby.
Imposing architecture
The Ceres Tower is not only an impressive building in terms of height, but also thanks to its concave façade design in a metallic dark bronze tone, which gives it a contemporary and expressionistic look. 24 floors are spread over a height of 82 metres. On the 15 upper ground floors, there are 89 rental apartments with 2.5 and 3.5 rooms. The apartments are finished to a high standard and are flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling, circumferential window fronts offering great views. The lower floors feature contemporary offices. In addition, the three underground floors house a car park with around 200 parking spaces as well as storage and technical rooms.
