Champagny 1

In St-Sulpice, Champagny 1 was developed as a modern administrative and business centre, creating new office and commercial spaces within the Champagny district. The building forms the western gateway to the site and replaces the former “Tour Castolin”, establishing a new landmark location in close proximity to Lake Geneva and the innovation districts of EPFL.

The development offers flexible office and commercial spaces that can be individually adapted to the needs of different users thanks to a modular layout concept. Large glazed surfaces, contemporary metal-and-glass façade elements and high-quality interior finishes create a modern and representative working environment.

The project is further complemented by commercial areas on the ground floor, a fitness area for users, as well as 60 parking spaces and 38 bicycle parking spaces located in the underground level.
