Croset Parc

The first phase of the Croset-Parc project in Ecublens (VD) has created a modern residential neighborhood that blends harmoniously into its park-like surroundings. A total of seven residential buildings have been completed, offering an attractive and diverse range of housing options.

The project comprises 256 rental apartments, distributed across five purely residential buildings and two buildings with additional commercial space on the ground floor. This combination fosters a vibrant mix of living and working and strengthens the neighborhood structure in a sustainable way.

The complex is complemented by an underground parking garage with 224 spaces, ensuring convenient and efficient access. The spacious outdoor areas and the setting within a green park landscape offer residents a high quality of life.

With Croset-Parc, a project has been realized that combines urban living, nature, and functional infrastructure, making an important contribution to the development of Ecublens.
