With the Data Center project in Widnau, HRS has created a modern and forward-looking building complex that combines office space with high-availability data center infrastructure. The new building integrates flexible work environments with the high technical requirements of a high-performance data center, thereby creating optimal conditions for the secure operation of digital services.

Particular attention was paid to the integration of sophisticated building services, high operational reliability, and a sustainable and cost-effective construction approach. The combination of office and technical spaces has created a versatile facility that meets the growing demands of data processing, networking, and modern workplaces.

As the project developer and general contractor, HRS was responsible for the planning and execution of the project and ensured on-time completion while adhering to the highest quality and cost standards.
