Domaine de la Bernadaz

Lutry is located above Lake Geneva, in the Lavaux wine-growing region, which is characterized by terraced vineyards. Here, HRS Real Estate SA completed the new Domaine de la Bernadaz building. The new building consists of three terraced floors and was constructed as an extension of the existing main house at the rear of the property, along the railroad line, a development that sensitively complements the established townscape of Lutry.

Mercier & Squalli Architectes AG was responsible for the architecture. As the general contractor with full cost, quality, and schedule guarantees, HRS Real Estate SA carried out the construction project on behalf of HRS Real Estate AG and Crausaz Consultant AG.

Construction took place on a 2,474 m² lot from 2008 to 2010.
