Dreilinden retirement and nursing home

The Dreilinden Retirement and Care Home in Oberwil was specifically developed through an extension comprising 59 beds and the conversion of the existing building. The new and redesigned spaces create modern conditions for contemporary care and support, as well as for the everyday life of residents.

The extension functionally complements the existing facility and strengthens the operational processes within the care home. At the same time, the conversion of the existing building makes it possible to adapt the current infrastructure to today’s requirements and to improve the quality of the communal areas.

The project is completed by the construction of an underground car park, which improves accessibility and creates additional parking options. The Dreilinden Retirement and Care Home thus combines care infrastructure, functional expansion and existing building fabric into a modern overall project for the Oberwil site.
