Eidmatt-/Streulistrasse

Through the comprehensive renovation of the residential properties on Eidmattstrasse and Streulistrasse in Zurich, HRS carried out a sustainable modernization of existing apartment buildings and created contemporary living spaces tailored to the needs of today’s residents. The project combined energy-efficiency improvements, functional upgrades, and long-term preservation of property value.

As part of the renovation, the three apartment buildings were comprehensively refurbished and brought up to modern technical and energy standards. The apartments now benefit from an improved building envelope, greater living comfort, and increased energy efficiency. At the same time, the common areas and the development’s infrastructure were specifically upgraded.

A key component of the project was the renovation and upgrade of the existing underground parking garage in the courtyard. This improved the functionality of the entire complex and sustainably enhanced the attractiveness of the residential location. The renovation was carried out with a particular focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and long-term value retention.

HRS managed the project as a general contractor with full cost, quality, and schedule guarantees and coordinated all work from planning through to completion. The result is a modernized residential complex that meets today’s requirements for sustainable, comfortable, and future-oriented living.
