Poststrasse South
Ostermundigen
A service center with 650 office workstations as well as retail and commercial space on the first floor has been built on a long derelict industrial site in Ostermundigen. The main tenant of the office building is TCS, while the anchor tenant on the first floor is Migros with a supermarket. This high-density, high-quality development has initiated the urban development of the town and revitalized the area around the station. For urban planning reasons, the construction of a high-rise building was deliberately avoided. The scale of the building lies in the area of tension between the railroad embankment, the new Bären high-rise and the adjacent green space to the east.
