Entlisberg II-III

With the Entlisberg II–III project in Zurich, HRS, in collaboration with the Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich (ABZ), realized a forward-looking residential development that combines modern, affordable housing with a high quality of life. The replacement of the existing housing estates created an attractive residential neighborhood that meets today’s standards for sustainable and community-oriented living.

The new development comprises 203 affordable apartments spread across six residential buildings, offering a diverse range of options for different life situations. Spacious outdoor areas, green courtyards, and carefully designed communal spaces encourage interaction among residents and strengthen neighborhood life.

A distinctive feature of the project is the wide range of communal spaces. Laundromats, studios, music rooms, and a daycare center add value and transform the development into a vibrant place for living, working, and socializing. The well-thought-out architecture combines functionality, living comfort, and social sustainability into a holistic neighborhood concept.

HRS implemented the project as a general contractor with a full guarantee on costs, quality, and schedule. Thanks to its construction in accordance with the MINERGIE-P-ECO standard, the development meets the highest standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and quality of living, and makes an important contribution to the long-term development of affordable housing in the city of Zurich.
