St. Gallen

Federal Administrative Court

The construction of the new Federal Administrative Court building in St. Gallen has resulted in a prestigious and functional administrative building of national significance. The project brings together courtrooms, public areas, and modern office and administrative spaces under one roof, creating optimal conditions for efficient and modern court operations.

The architecturally striking complex was specifically designed to meet the high demands of a public institution. In addition to a clear building layout, safety, functionality, and user-friendliness were central to the planning and execution. The building accommodates approximately 400 workstations and simultaneously serves as a landmark in the urban landscape of St. Gallen.

HRS served as the general contractor for the “Core and Shell” phase and ensured on-time completion while adhering to the highest quality and cost standards. Today, the Federal Administrative Court ranks among Switzerland’s most significant public construction projects.
