Fitnesspark Puls 5

The Puls 5 Fitness Park in Zurich is a modern fitness and wellness facility that combines exercise, health, and relaxation in a unique urban setting. The new building was constructed on two levels within the striking Giessereihalle in western Zurich and offers a comprehensive range of fitness, wellness, and recovery services. By combining modern architecture, high-quality materials, and versatile usage options, an attractive meeting place for health- and fitness-oriented people has been created.

The Fitnesspark features a spacious fitness arena, versatile gymnastics and training rooms, as well as a modern wellness area with sauna, bathing, and relaxation zones. The facilities are complemented by comfortable changing rooms, spacious lounge areas, and an integrated bistro, which enhances the visitor experience. The open-plan design and high-quality interior architecture create a pleasant atmosphere that optimally supports both athletic activities and relaxation.

Special attention was paid to integrating the new facility into the existing industrial architecture of the foundry hall. The combination of historic buildings and contemporary use gives the fitness park a distinctive character and creates a modern experiential environment in the heart of a dynamic urban neighborhood.

HRS Real Estate AG supported the project from the optimization phase during the competition through to its successful completion as the general contractor. Thanks to precise planning, efficient coordination of all parties involved, and strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets, the facility was successfully completed. The Fitnesspark Puls 5 has created a high-quality health and leisure destination that sustainably enriches the neighborhood’s diverse offerings.
