MEP Gare-Casino

In Estavayer-le-Lac, Gare-Casino is taking shape as a modern mixed-use development combining residential, commercial and office spaces in a central location. The project brings together sustainable construction, contemporary architecture and a vibrant urban environment.

The development is built on a large reinforced concrete base housing retail and office areas. Above this structure, three timber-framed residential buildings provide a total of 40 apartments, combining modern living comfort with sustainable materials.

The interaction between the solid mineral base and the timber construction gives the ensemble a distinctive contemporary identity while supporting a resource-efficient building approach. The project is further complemented by an underground parking facility with 105 parking spaces, ensuring convenient and efficient accessibility.

Particular attention has also been given to sustainability. The development meets high energy-efficiency standards and reflects forward-looking concepts in both construction and functionality.
