O’Vives

With the O’Vives project in Eaux-Vives (GE), a multifunctional building has been developed that combines living, working, and shopping in a modern urban environment. The new complex stands out for its mixed-use concept, featuring retail spaces, offices, and rental apartments, meeting the demands of contemporary city life.

A key element of the project is the underground shopping gallery, integrated into the CEVA building and directly connected to the transport infrastructure. This ensures optimal accessibility and helps create a vibrant hub within the neighborhood.

The project is complemented by a public underground parking facility with 485 spaces and a bicycle station with 236 spaces, promoting sustainable mobility while ensuring convenient access.

With O’Vives, a project has been realized that combines urbanity, functionality, and modern infrastructure, making a significant contribution to the development of the Eaux-Vives district.
