GF Machining Solutions

GF Machining Solution is part of the GF industrial company, a manufacturer of high-precision machine tools established in 1802. Due to the two-fold rise in demand in recent years, the production facility in Nidau hit capacity limits. To enable further growth and to combine the Nidau, Ipsach and Luterbach sites, the company is investing in a new plant in Biel. In addition to around 460 future-oriented jobs, an innovative research, development and application centre will be built. In order to achieve further efficiency gains in the future, the production plant is equipped with the latest assembly technology.
